Inquiry Committee

As directed in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA) the Inquiry Committee is responsible for holding hearings on matters referred to it by the Complaints Investigation Committee and making disciplinary decisions about the conduct of investigated members. It is a requirement that the committee be comprised of at least one-third members of the public. Members of the committee serve in panels of three for a discipline hearing and jointly contribute to the writing of the notice of decision.  The committee will meet at least four times per year to support quality initiatives of the committee.
